Healthy AIP/Paleo Juice Pops

Hot time, summer in the city… It’s reaching that time of year again when you need anything and everything to stay cool. Here is an easy AIP/Paleo recipe for juice pops using fresh juice from your juicer. I like to keep some on hand frozen in my freezer for a treat on a hot day.

Ingredients:
1 Mango, 1 Papaya, 3 Carrots, 1 Lemon , 1 Red Apple (of your choice)
This recipe has no added sugars and uses fresh fruit which makes it much healthier than your traditional store bought Popsicle. Did you know that consuming Mangos promotes healthy skin and hair? In addition, Papayas can aid in digestion, lower blood pressure and increase the bodies natural ability to heal wounds. Mangos, Papayas, and Carrots have also been known to improve eye health. Lemons are a great antioxidant and also help you maintain a healthy completion and can boost your immune system. A number of research studies show that apples may be one of the best foods for people to include in their diet due to the numerous health benefits they offer. With this collection of fruits, you can really feel good about what you are eating.
Directions:Remove the skin from the lemon, mango and papaya as well as any seeds. Slice and core the apple. Juice all ingredients in a slow juicer. Mix the juice with a spoon to combine ingredients. Pour juice into individual popsicle makers and freeze overnight.
